Venue listings

We list only lawful businesses and public events that advertise themselves. Each listing is confirmed against the business's own website or official page, or two independent public listings that agree on name and address, and shows the date we checked it. Listings we cannot confirm are not published. We re-check listings on a rolling basis and remove businesses that close.

What we never list

Escort, paid-companion or any compensated sexual services; public places; private individuals; or anything explicit.

Dating platforms

We describe what each platform costs and how it works from its own published pages, and we warn readers about fake profiles, auto-renewing subscriptions and data practices. Platforms that depend on fake or paid-to-chat profiles are excluded, whatever they pay.

AI and editorial responsibility

AI assists with research, drafting and review. Every draft is built from a recorded evidence file of dated sources and must pass automated checks and an independent AI review by a different model than the one that wrote it, which checks each claim against the evidence and re-computes every number. Drafts that fail are revised or held for a human editor. We correct errors in place.
